Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at silverville24@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via silverville24@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I make a return?
1. Pack - Complete your return form and pack it with your items in the original packaging (if possible). Stick your free returns label on the front of your parcel.
2. Drop off - Drop off your return package to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office and please make sure to keep the proof of postage and tracking number.
3. Receive your refund - The moment we receive your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Please note that the return process may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process it within 7 days upon receiving it at our warehouse.

Exchanges can only be made within 20 days from the date of purchase.

You will need your order number to hand along with the item number of the product that you would like to swap for a different size.

Our team will organise the exchange for you on our system and will kindly ask that you send back the item you wish to exchange, to our warehouse using the prepaid returns label that you received with your order.

We ask that you send this back to us within 14 days of contacting us in order for us to be able to send your exchanged item to you.
